Manajemen Griyo Tahfidzul Qur’an (GTQ) Aliston dalam Membina Santri Penghafal Al-Qur’an

This study is motivated by the importance of implementing systematic and quality-oriented educational management in Qur’anic memorization institutions. The increasing public interest in tahfiz education requires institutions such as Griyo Tahfidzul Qur’an (GTQ) Aliston to produce not only quantitatively proficient memorizers but also individuals with high-quality, accurate (mutqin), and sustainable memorization. Therefore, effective management plays a crucial role in integrating the planning, implementation, and evaluation of tahfiz programs. This study aims to analyze the management of student development at GTQ Aliston, Jombang, including program planning, human resource management, memorization targets, evaluation systems, and Quality control mechanisms. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed inductively. The results indicate that the management at GTQ Aliston is implemented in a structured manner, with clear memorization targets, systematic learning stages, and a proportional teacher-student ratio. Evaluation is conducted regularly through tasmi’ and munaqasyah, supported by individual progress reports. The success of the program is supported by teacher competence, effective coordination, and institutional support. This integrated management approach significantly enhances students’ motivation, consistency, and memorization quality, while fostering a sustainable Qur’anic learning culture.
