This study aims to analyze the effect of religiosity on the decision to save in Islamic banks among the millennial generation in Lamongan. A quantitative approach with an explanatory research design was used in this study. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire using a 1–5 Likert scale from 250 respondents aged 25–40 years who were selected through purposive sampling. Data analysis was carried out using simple linear regression after testing for validity, reliability, and classical assumptions. The results of the study show that religiosity has a positive and significant effect on the decision to save in Islamic banks (beta = 0.681; t = 13.042; sig. = 0.000). Religiosity is able to explain 46.4% of the variation in saving decisions. This study reinforces the relevance of the Theory of Planned Behavior in the context of Islamic value-based financial behavior and provides strategic implications for Islamic banks to develop religiosity-based marketing approaches for the millennial segment in regional areas.
