Maternal mental health during pregnancy is a critical determinant of pregnancy safety, delivery outcomes, and the growth and development of infants and toddlers. Psychological instability during pregnancy, such as anxiety, stress, and depressive symptoms, can affect the quality of parenting and mother-child interaction during the golden period of child development. This community service activity aimed to improve pregnant women's knowledge and awareness of the importance of mental health during pregnancy at UPT Puskesmas Puruk Cahu. The method used was interactive health education with [leaflet/booklet] media, combined with pre-test and post-test measurements, conducted on [date] involving [number] pregnant women attending antenatal care at UPT Puskesmas Puruk Cahu. The results showed an increase in the participants' average knowledge score from [pre-test score] to [post-test score] after the education session. This activity is concluded to be effective in improving pregnant women's understanding of mental health and is expected to become part of routine antenatal care services to support optimal growth and development of infants and toddlers.
