Mass circumcision is a community-based health service that can improve access to safe, affordable, and medically supervised circumcision, particularly for children from underserved families. This community service program aimed to improve child health through health education-based mass circumcision as an implementation of Sustainable Development Goal 3, namely good health and well-being. The program was conducted at Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Huda, Ngroto Village, Gubug Subdistrict, Grobogan Regency, through collaboration between Universitas Negeri Semarang, Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Huda, Bank BTN, and medical partners. The activity consisted of three stages: health screening and direct education, circumcision using cautery, ring, and conventional techniques, and post-circumcision follow-up. The target was 142 boys aged 6–15 years. A total of 135 children attended health screening and underwent circumcision, while 99 participants attended follow-up examination. Health education was delivered directly to children and parents during screening, covering the importance of circumcision, genital hygiene, and post-circumcision wound care. Follow-up findings showed that most wounds had dried, while several participants still had moist wound edges requiring continued education and monitoring. This program expanded access to safe circumcision services, strengthened family health literacy, and supported promotive-preventive child health efforts in line with SDG 3.
